In order to better my health, I've had a taste of it all. Juicing, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, counting macros, intermittent fasting, carb-cycling, carb-loading, super food “super meals”, anti-inflammatory diets, various vitamin stacks... you name it, I've tried it.
Through varying my diet and eating habits, I've learned what my body really responds to, and what it really does not. Nutrition is a unique reflection of oneself; a conscious test of your ability to be disciplined, consistent, and creative. As an individual who has found success in trial and error, I am very open to dietary flexibility, edible accommodations, and alternative possibilities with the intent to discover what works best for you. Exercising practical nutrition is an honest gesture of kindness to mind, body and self. With the gift of nourishment you can unlock your power, confidence and worthiness that you have dismissed for too long.

This was the biggest impact on my progress as everything starts with a healthy mindset and clear vision.
We continued by building a strong foundation around training and doing dynamic exercises that I had never done before. We built and expanded my strengths, and really narrowed in on my areas of discomfort. No training day is an easy day, in a good way.
The knowledge I have gained from her coaching and meal planning has allowed me to live an enjoyable active life while still eating delicious food. Yes, I eat carbs, multiple times a day and have lost 40lbs.
I wake up confident and energized. I have increased strength, flexibility, and endurance. I crave the challenging things I used to avoid. I have learned a lot about myself and that my barriers were all in my mind.
